About the role
- Brand Manager leading Home Private Brands for QVC Group, enhancing product development and managing brand standards. Collaborating across design, sourcing, and sales teams to achieve financial results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and use knowledge to improve the product/process lifecycle across multiple brands for all home categories.
- Set Brand and Product performance standards, review on air performance, and provide feedback to improve the team execution for the business.
- Develop product development brand briefs and specifications.
- Work with Design, Sourcing Teams, Merchants and Sales Strategy on brand development.
- Manage all PB sample development/management for Q and H.
- Lead and coordinate monthly meetings with PB Guest and Celebrities on training on newness airing the following month and digital opportunities to further showcase Private Brands.
- Attend all Concept and Finalization meetings in Home Décor and Culinary- review and recommend further product features and benefits in the sourcing cycle.
- Be the liaison for all PB related on air demos, sample and content ask from partners.
- Achieve financial results regarding ship sales and margin dollars across the brands and businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or related work experience
- 5 years progressive experience in production management
- Experience in home or apparel soft goods within a retail environment but home background is strongly preferred
- Technical experience working within costing and PLM systems
