Responsibilities
Promote our ECM software solutions within inside sales
Acquire new customers by phone using existing contact lists
Generate leads and qualified contacts through personalized, targeted conversations
Identify customer needs and establish initial relationships with prospective customers
Diligently maintain and document all activities in our CRM system
Coordinate closely with Sales and department management
Actively support the expansion of our customer portfolio
Requirements
Experience in telephone sales, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation — ideally in a B2B environment
Enjoy communicating with new contacts and demonstrate a confident telephone manner
Persuasive and clear communication skills, with a good sense for guiding conversations
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Proficient user of CRM systems and digital tools
Nice to have: Experience in the ECM field or in sales of IT or software solutions
