About the role

  • Telesales Mitarbeiter responsible for promoting software solutions in the ECM sector. Engaging with potential customers and facilitating lead generation for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Promote our ECM software solutions within inside sales
  • Acquire new customers by phone using existing contact lists
  • Generate leads and qualified contacts through personalized, targeted conversations
  • Identify customer needs and establish initial relationships with prospective customers
  • Diligently maintain and document all activities in our CRM system
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and department management
  • Actively support the expansion of our customer portfolio

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone sales, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation — ideally in a B2B environment
  • Enjoy communicating with new contacts and demonstrate a confident telephone manner
  • Persuasive and clear communication skills, with a good sense for guiding conversations
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Proficient user of CRM systems and digital tools
  • Nice to have: Experience in the ECM field or in sales of IT or software solutions
