Responsibilities
Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities
Drive adoption of AllBooked’s newest product lines
Increase monthly and annual account revenue through consultative discovery and targeted upgrade conversations
Educate customers on how AllBooked’s expanded capabilities can streamline their operations and reduce manual work
Own a portfolio of accounts focusing on pipeline generation and deal closure within the existing customer base
Partner closely with Sales leadership to execute expansion plays, run outreach sequences, deliver product demos, and consistently grow your assigned book
Requirements
2+ years in Account Management, BDR/SDR, Expansion Sales, or related SaaS selling roles
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Strong presentation and product-demo capabilities
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience selling to SMB customers is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
