About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for revenue expansion within AllBooked's SMB customer base. Identifying upsell opportunities and driving adoption of new product lines in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities
  • Drive adoption of AllBooked’s newest product lines
  • Increase monthly and annual account revenue through consultative discovery and targeted upgrade conversations
  • Educate customers on how AllBooked’s expanded capabilities can streamline their operations and reduce manual work
  • Own a portfolio of accounts focusing on pipeline generation and deal closure within the existing customer base
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to execute expansion plays, run outreach sequences, deliver product demos, and consistently grow your assigned book

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Account Management, BDR/SDR, Expansion Sales, or related SaaS selling roles
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong presentation and product-demo capabilities
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling to SMB customers is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
