About the role

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple clients and (Junior) HR Business Partners, ultimately taking responsibility for the entire region
  • Drive internal development of allaboutHRLaw in collaboration with the leadership team
  • Lead and manage employees within the region
  • Co-manage regional client relationships together with the responsible (Junior) HR Business Partners
  • Establish HR processes and practices for new or selected clients
  • Advise managers on all personnel-related matters
  • Provide operational HR support as needed
  • Focus on and develop an HR area of your choice

Requirements

  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably with a focus in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Combination of consulting and in-house HR experience
  • Business-fluent English
  • Confident, persuasive presence
  • Self-motivated with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong advisory skills; structured and goal-oriented working style
