About the role

  • Business Process Owner overseeing Procure-to-Pay processes at IPEX. Responsible for optimizing operational data workflows and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the optimization and integration of Procure-to-Pay business processes related to operational data
  • Acting as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Continuously improving business processes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Monitoring process blockers and adjusting corresponding data
  • Collaborating with Data Governance, IT Business Partners, Data Analysts, and Business Units

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and business process ownership within the P2P function
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives
  • Implementation experience with SAP ERP systems
  • Project management experience is highly desirable
