research trends in business technology innovations and best makes recommendations on future direction and technical vision
develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners to stay current with activities and business technology techniques, products, services, and trends
Requirements
demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
demonstrated experience in the configuration, support, analysis and problem solving related to enterprise systems
solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools
solid knowledge and understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
demonstrated experience managing relationships with internal and external partners
demonstrated effective leadership skills
solid knowledge of business systems and how to apply them to leverage efficiencies in a business environment
