Responsibilities
Own field events and programs targeting startup audiences across EMEA
Deliver high-quality in-person experiences for users and prospects throughout the region
Partner closely with regional Sales teams and EMEA Demand Generation team to maximise event impact
Execute regional field marketing initiatives and deliver compelling marketing experiences that demonstrate how the company’s solutions support startup growth and scale
Develop and execute a regional event strategy
Manage event administration, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding
Use data consistently to scope opportunities, inform recommendations, and measure event performance and ROI
Enable Account Executives with campaign briefs, outreach assets, and timelines to align sales outreach with marketing events
Requirements
3+ years of relevant B2B field marketing experience, with a proven track record of executing strategic, creative field events that drive customer acquisition and pipeline
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience partnering closely with Sales teams, including joint planning, execution, and disciplined lead follow-up
Solid understanding of lead management and sales funnel dynamics
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency in managing digital event assets (email, websites, branding) and setting up and managing event registration pages
A startup mindset with a strong bias to action and comfort operating in fast-paced environments
