About the role

  • Administrative Business Partner supporting Stripe’s APAC CRO and GTM teams in a hybrid role. Managing calendar, travel, events, and operational tasks for effective business support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive calendar support for your leader(s) across time zones.
  • Make recommendations related to time management, prioritisation, delegation, and organisation.
  • Support operations and culture across APAC GTM teams.
  • Organise team events, offsites, onsite meetings, and all-hands calls (including logistics, agendas, materials and follow-ups).
  • Manage international travel, including coordination of visa requirements.
  • Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action items.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and requests to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite and collaboration tools, such as Slack
