Administrative Business Partner supporting Stripe’s APAC CRO and GTM teams in a hybrid role. Managing calendar, travel, events, and operational tasks for effective business support.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive calendar support for your leader(s) across time zones.
Make recommendations related to time management, prioritisation, delegation, and organisation.
Support operations and culture across APAC GTM teams.
Organise team events, offsites, onsite meetings, and all-hands calls (including logistics, agendas, materials and follow-ups).
Manage international travel, including coordination of visa requirements.
Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking action items.
Prepare and submit expense reports.
Assist with ad hoc projects and requests to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company
Strong proficiency with Google Suite and collaboration tools, such as Slack
