Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered women’s imaging services are delivered efficiently
Maintain strong visibility and engagement with technologists, site leadership, radiologists, vendors, and cross-functional partners
Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management
Oversee technical operations, equipment readiness, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites
Collaborate with Radiologists, Clinical Leadership, and Quality to ensure imaging protocols are current and consistently followed
Requirements
Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Must hold ARRT(M) and state licensure
Must hold current BLS certification
Valid state driver’s license, as applicable
5+ years of Mammography experience
Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Experience with protocol building and scan optimization
