- Conduct project meetings and steering committees; prepare project documentation and reports
- Coordinate the project team, ensure adherence to delivery standards and methodologies, and take responsibility for conflict management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and sponsors, both internally and on the client side
- Support the continuous improvement of aixigo's project management practices
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, a STEM discipline, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience in IT project management for complex projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Strong interest in or experience within the financial sector
- Strong risk management and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience collaborating with senior management and decision‑makers
- Solid knowledge of process design, documentation, and project management
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
