About the role

Responsibilities
- One-to-one care for our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities
- Carrying out treatment nursing and activating basic nursing care
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-based, optimal care
- Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a nurse (registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Enjoys responsible, independent work
- Team player with empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Class B driver's license preferred
