About the role
- Pflegefachkraft providing 1:1 intensive care and support to medically demanding clients in Görlitz, Germany. Ensuring care quality and client satisfaction with a focus on community and development.
Responsibilities
- One-to-one care for our medically complex clients
- Supporting clients' participation in social activities and working life
- Performing treatment-related nursing and activation-focused basic care in line with our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse or equivalent)
- Enjoys working responsibly and independently
- Team player with empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Desirable: Driving license (Class B)
