About the role

  • Partnerships Manager responsible for managing and growing retail partner relationships for Airtasker. Collaborating with global teams and generating new business opportunities in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Own the UK partnership roadmap, aligning with our Global Team in Sydney
  • Identify and segment Tier 1 & 2 retailers and lead the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Act as the primary lead for existing partners and look for ways to deepen integration
  • Work with our Social Media and Marketing teams to create high-impact co-branded content and campaigns
  • Serve as the 'voice of the partner' internally and ensure our partnership tech stack is seamless and effective
  • Deliver clear insights on program performance, ROI, and growth trends directly to the UK General Manager

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management (ideally within tech or marketplaces)
  • Proven track record of navigating complex organisations and pitching to C-suite or Head-of-Level stakeholders
  • Understand a retailer's pain points (returns, customer satisfaction, delivery friction)
  • Happy to collaborate in person 2-3 days a week at our Waterloo hub
