Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, or similar role
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats and recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with the Madrid tech ecosystem
