Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, vendors, production, and guest experience.
Ensure events deliver a premium experience consistent with our enterprise brand.
Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to align event messaging and promotion.
Design and execute marketing campaigns utilizing digital platforms, social media, and email outreach.
Track and report on event performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost efficiency.
Build relationships with high-end venues, agencies, and production partners.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event success.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing/field marketing, preferably in AI technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Experience planning executive-level or high-touch client events.
Experience managing events targeted at Fortune 500 or global enterprise audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and senior executives.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver premium experiences.
