  • Claim Service Manager overseeing Accident & Health insurance claims processing with a focus on team management and compliance. Position is open to fully remote or hybrid candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing a Claim Service Team
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop Claim Service Team
  • Ensure legal compliance by following company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Analyze workload index and delegate responsibilities as needed
  • Review monthly claim audits along with performance management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
  • 3-5 years insurance experience
  • Accident & Health Adjuster License
