About the role

  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment processes, hiring requirements, and team goals
  • Learn and apply sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in onboarding processes
  • Stay informed about market trends, recruitment best practices, and the evolving US talent landscape
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in US recruitment is a plus!)
  • Background or familiarity with Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, or Healthcare industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and a growth mindset
