Responsibilities
Partner with the Recruitment Manager to understand recruitment processes, hiring requirements, and team goals
Learn and apply sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in onboarding processes
Stay informed about market trends, recruitment best practices, and the evolving US talent landscape
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in US recruitment is a plus!)
Background or familiarity with Corporate, IT, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, or Healthcare industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
Detail-oriented and organized
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a growth mindset
