About the role

  • Pre-Sales Representative for a green energy startup connecting property owners with renewable energy companies. Responsible for lead qualification, offer management, and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone outreach to interested property owners (primarily warm calling)
  • Conduct initial calls and qualify leads
  • Prepare, send and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
  • Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
  • Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
  • Close coordination with the team to support prospects effectively

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone prospecting or comparable customer communication
  • Confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • High level of initiative, quick comprehension and enthusiasm for independently learning new topics
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style — also when working remotely
