Responsibilities
Telephone outreach to interested property owners (primarily warm calling)
Conduct initial conversations and qualify leads
Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals (follow-up)
Document and maintain customer data in the CRM system
Schedule and follow up on subsequent appointments for our team
Close collaboration with the team to provide the best possible support for prospects
Requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone acquisition or comparable customer communication
Confident, professional, and empathetic phone manner
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
High level of initiative, quick comprehension, and enjoyment of independently learning new topics
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style – also when working remotely
