About the role

  • Bilingual Customer Service Agent processing alarm signals for Becklar Monitoring. Responding quickly and accurately while ensuring professionalism in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally, even in high-stress situations
  • Dispatch appropriate authorities and confirm that help is on the way
  • Accurately document all responses to received signals
  • Use multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training for professional development

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required
  • 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience (an asset)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Availability to work one weekend day per week or every other weekend, as well as on public holidays
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete a paid 2-week training
  • Successful criminal background check
  • Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work there
