About the role

  • Payroll Manager at Agileva, assisting over 5000 companies in payroll and HR functions. Requires experience in law and payroll management, only applicants with Bac +2 or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Collect variable payroll items from our clients
  • Enter and prepare payslips using Silae
  • Manage social declarations and DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative)
  • Handle personnel administration from employee onboarding (employment declarations, affiliation to social funds) to offboarding (employment certificates, final pay and settlement)
  • Manage a portfolio covering multiple collective bargaining agreements and maintain regular contact with clients

Requirements

  • Experienced payroll manager with at least 5 years' experience in an accounting firm
  • Minimum Bac+2 (e.g., BTS, DUT, Payroll Manager qualification)
  • Strong foundation in labor and social security law
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized
  • Willingness to learn and develop technically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong service orientation
