About the role

  • Gestionnaire de paie responsable de la collecte et établissement des bulletins de paie pour les adhérents. Travaille avec une équipe dynamique pour accompagner les entreprises dans la gestion de leur personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Collect variable payroll data from our clients
  • Enter and prepare payslips using Silae
  • Prepare social security filings and submit DSNs
  • Handle employee administration throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding (hire declarations, registrations with social funds) to offboarding (employment certificates, final settlements)
  • Manage a multi-collective-agreement client portfolio and maintain regular contact with clients

Requirements

  • Payroll Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
  • Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma (BTS, DUT, or Payroll Administrator certification)
  • Solid knowledge of employment law/social law
  • Autonomy, rigor and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop technically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and customer-service orientation
