Enter and prepare payslips using Silae
Prepare social security filings and submit DSNs
Handle employee administration throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding (hire declarations, registrations with social funds) to offboarding (employment certificates, final settlements)
Manage a multi-collective-agreement client portfolio and maintain regular contact with clients
Requirements
Payroll Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma (BTS, DUT, or Payroll Administrator certification)
Solid knowledge of employment law/social law
Autonomy, rigor and strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and develop technically
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and customer-service orientation
