About the role
- Graduate Paired Inside Sales role supporting Italian Service Sales Team in managing Public Tenders and promoting service contracts via phone. Collaborate with local teams and visit customers occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Support the whole Italian Service Sales Team, mainly to manage Public Tenders.
- Participate in sales-related activities, typically on the phone, promoting and selling service contracts.
- Verify Customer’s installed base and other data-cleanup projects.
- Prospect for upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with local Field Service organization, Instrument Sales Teams and other members of the Service Sales team.
- Occasionally visit customers onsite in collaboration with Senior Account Managers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Scientific Field
- Basic knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma or Chemical Analysis Laboratory environment would be a valued asset
- Some sales experience would be a plus, typically in Inside sales roles, but not a must
- Mother-tongue Italian, B2/C1 level in English is a must
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Office, in particular Excel; some experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a nice to have
