Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 100+ customers to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
Dive deep into Treasury and Corporate Finance workflows to continuously improve our customers’ tool setup
Become a product expert and use this expertise to maximize the value and ROI customers get from our product and to enable internal knowledge transfer
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and act as a customer advocate within the organization
Work closely with our Commercial Account Managers to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio
Collaborate closely with adjacent teams to ensure our customers achieve their desired business objectives
Requirements
3–4 years of professional experience in Finance/Treasury roles or in customer-facing positions, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment—ideally in FinTech
Treasury/Corporate Finance knowledge gained through education or professional experience
Native German and fluent English
Proactive mindset with a continuous drive for improvement
Ability to thrive in a dynamic growth environment, adapt quickly to challenges and maintain a positive attitude
Excellent listening skills, customer-centric mentality and empathy for users and customers
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Tech, Product, etc.)
