Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content for marketing campaigns, email marketing, and corporate communications;
- Write persuasive copy for internal and external campaigns, emails, and marketing support materials;
- Develop texts that communicate the value, benefits, and differentiators of Agenda Edu, focusing on engagement and conversion;
- Support the creation of scripts for videos, presentations, and promotional materials;
- Work in partnership with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment between messaging, strategy, and execution;
- Edit and adapt texts for different channels, audiences, and stages of the customer journey;
- Monitor content performance metrics and propose continuous improvements;
- Conduct reference research and benchmarking to refine content messaging and approach.
Requirements
- Excellent command of the Portuguese language;
- Experience with copywriting and persuasive writing;
- Experience producing content for campaigns and emails;
- Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and communication aimed at conversion/expansion.
- Experience in digital marketing within technology, SaaS, or B2B companies;
- Experience in the education sector;
- Experience with sales campaigns, product launches, or commercial initiatives.
