About the role

  • Content Marketing Manager driving the success of SiteGround's product portfolio, crafting various content types for different audiences and market segments.

Responsibilities

  • As a Content Marketing Manager at SiteGround, you'll drive the success of our product portfolio, including our latest in-house built products, such as our Website and Ecommerce SaaS platform, applied AI products, and our established web hosting services.
  • You’ll be responsible for proposing and crafting different types of content - digital campaigns, landing pages, web copy, print, blog articles, sponsored content articles, video or audio scripts - for different products, audiences, market segments, and client profiles.
  • Speaking their language, you’ll be in charge of clearly communicating what they need to know to help them run their website, or online business better using SiteGround’s products and services.
  • You need to be able to take a complicated piece of technology or software and make it sound simple and inspiring, and simplify messaging into a logical story.
  • You’ll be working with the rest of our marketing team on a content calendar, planning content, researching topics in depth, writing blog or long-form articles, producing ebooks, audio, video and webinar scripts, refining website and ad copy on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Еxcellent, near native command of English, both written and spoken;
  • 3+ years of experience planning and writing digital content, plus examples to prove it along with stats to show reach and engagement with the target audience;
  • Ability to use storytelling to clearly explain complex concept, technology or processes;
  • Ability to articulate new ideas, motivated and supported by a business logic;
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and digital writing specifics;
  • Experience with Content Calendar planning and execution;
  • Thorough research and understanding of every topic before you tackle it;
  • Ability to track, measure and report meaningful insights on content performance;
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
