About the role
- Technical Video & Content Intern creating and optimizing tutorial videos for Pluxbox's cloud platform. Supporting customer success and enhancing user documentation as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create clear, step-by-step tutorials videos that explain platform features.
- Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions.
- Support the customer success team by documenting new features.
- Brainstorm new tutorial ideas based on user behavior, common questions, and product updates.
- Update and improve existing tutorials as the platform evolves.
- Developing and optimizing training(s) for Pluxbox Platform user(s)
Requirements
- You are a bachelor’s or master student.
- You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
- Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
- Practical knowledge with video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia).
- Experience working or knowledge with SaaS tools, or technical user-facing products.
- An appealing CV and portfolio is a plus.
- Ability to break down complex technical processes into simple, engaging instructions.
