  • Payroll Administrator managing monthly payroll processes and employee inquiries at AGAPLESION. Requires professional training in payroll and reliability in wage and salary accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate monthly payroll processing using P&I LOGA
  • Maintain all payroll-relevant data in our payroll system
  • Manage the associated reporting and certificate processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and HR departments regarding payroll questions
  • Correspond with authorities, health insurance providers and public offices

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further qualification as a payroll accountant
  • Experience in payroll and confident use of payroll systems – ideally P&I LOGA
  • Conscientious, independent and reliable working style
  • Quick comprehension and a strong service orientation
  • Confident demeanor, team player and a willingness to perform
