About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee master data in the payroll system
  • Execute all administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Liaise with various authorities (e.g., social insurance agencies, tax offices)
  • Handle statutory reporting and prepare certificates
  • Perform preparatory year-end tasks

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Solid knowledge of individual and collective labor law
  • Very good knowledge of income tax and social security law
