About the role

  • HR Systems Consultant managing P&I LOGA in Payroll and Personnel Management at AGAPLESION. Leading daily operations, troubleshooting and supporting colleagues with HR system challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Together with the team, you are responsible for the functional support and further development of our HR system P&I LOGA in the areas of payroll and personnel management
  • You take on functional leadership in day-to-day operations and act as a sparring partner for colleagues
  • As the central point of contact, you resolve troubleshooting cases and actively support technical and functional challenges
  • You guide and upskill employees on functional topics related to P&I LOGA
  • You ensure the smooth operation of the HR system and contribute to continuously improving the quality and stability of our HR processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the HR field, ideally in supporting and developing HR systems
  • Very good knowledge of P&I LOGA or the motivation to further develop these skills
  • Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for HR digitization and process optimization
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to inspire others to embrace change
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
