Responsibilities
Map and qualify leads that match the business profile (active and reactive prospecting);
Conduct consultative, personalized outreach with a strategic pitch tailored to the client's profile;
Identify decision-makers and the client's main pain points;
Schedule strategic meetings with the sales team or solution specialists;
Record activities and interactions in the CRM with accuracy and efficiency;
Support Commercial Intelligence;
Contribute strategic insights gathered during prospecting to support commercial intelligence;
Produce analytical reports on the performance of commercial activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred;
Previous experience in B2C;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Analytical ability to interpret data and produce strategic reports;
Organized, autonomous, with a hunter mindset;
Preferred: CRM experience (we use Salesforce);
Plus: experience with healthcare products;
Availability: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00, Friday 08:00–17:00, and scheduled on-call shifts on Saturdays.
