About the role

  • Sales Development Representative driving operational business and increasing turnover for AGICAP's cash flow management solution. Engage with potential customers to identify problems and offer solutions in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly in conversations with managing directors and finance professionals across a wide range of industries to identify their challenges and propose solutions.
  • Convince and qualify prospective customers for product demonstrations with our account executives.
  • Play a central role in AGICAP’s impact as the first point of contact for cash flow and liquidity planning.
  • Generate leads in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Ops teams — creativity encouraged and no limits to your ideas.
  • Proactively track and communicate your performance through weekly reporting with your team lead.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field.
  • German at C2 level and English at C1+ level.
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
  • Interested in measuring success with goals and KPIs to reach top performance quickly.
  • Enjoy initiating contact with people and possess a motivating, persuasive personality that helps you win over a wide range of stakeholders.
