Responsibilities
The Sales Development Representative (Full‑Cycle) is responsible for the entire sales funnel: pipeline generation, discovery & demos, closing, and customer onboarding.
Build sustainable customer relationships; lead opportunities to success in a structured way.
Pipeline generation (outbound & inbound) through proactive identification and outreach to ideal target customers.
Conduct structured discovery conversations and deliver precise demos focusing on prospects' core workflows.
Navigate buying processes and handle objections; closely coordinate with Product for customer onboarding.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of activities, deal stages, next steps, and decision logic.
Requirements
Full-cycle sales experience: At least 2 years in sales with demonstrable success from initial outreach to closed deals, ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
Strong in discovery & demos: You conduct goal-oriented conversations, translate complex requirements into clear solution narratives, and keep demos concise.
Outbound competence: Comfortable with cold calling and crafting short, effective follow-ups (email/LinkedIn).
