About the role

  • Consultor Comercial inside sales role at Afya, focusing on client engagement for educational products. Addressing leads and ensuring conversion through personalized service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads, preferably by phone, and through other communication channels used by the company;
  • Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies by actively participating in trainings and reporting potential issues, safeguarding confidentiality in accordance with Afya’s code of ethics and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
  • Interact and negotiate with prospective clients in a personalized manner (understanding each client's profile, pain points and needs), tailoring IPEMED's services and products to meet customer needs, with the goal of conversion and customer satisfaction, as well as achieving departmental targets in both student numbers and product mix;
  • Feed the Afya system with customer information, including expectations and any negative experiences with Afya products or services, to contribute to Afya's continuous improvement;
  • Ensure a prompt and accurate response to interested customers, recording all activities such as emails and calls in the CRM system to maintain control of the customer relationship;
  • Maintain follow-up on opportunities and contacts through CRM tasks and WhatsApp Business tools to increase sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related fields;
  • Experience in sales or lead qualification;
  • Experience using CRM software;
  • Experience selling courses in the education sector;
  • Persistent, resilient, positive and organized profile;
  • Ability to work with a high volume of contacts;
  • Impeccable written communication skills, ensuring clarity, professionalism and persuasiveness in interactions with leads;
  • Preferred: online certification in Inside Sales (HubSpot, TISS, Universidade Rock, RD University, etc.);
  • Plus: experience selling in the medical education field;
  • Availability: 180 hours per month, schedule Monday to Friday 14:00–20:15 and Saturdays 08:00–14:15
