About the role

  • Branch & Business Development Manager at SBW overseeing full-service branch accountability and business development for growth and strong external partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals
  • Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development
  • Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in the Rochester, NH area market
  • Background in retail management and supervisory experience a must
  • Must be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality service
  • Previous experience with business development and/or sales
  • Thorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the Branch
  • Flexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as needed
