About the role

Responsibilities
- Owns category outcomes across the Americas for a major spend domain covering Mixed-Material Permanent POP Displays.
- Sets the category vision, supplier panel strategy, governance model, and performance standards.
- Partners directly with senior stakeholders to deliver multi-year savings, profitability, and risk management results.
- Define category roadmaps, supplier panel design, and the operating rhythm.
- Develop high-impact executive presentations to secure leadership approval.
- Lead high-impact commercial frameworks: rebates/fees, rate-card strategies, service-level credits.
- Influence Account Leadership and buying team adoption; resolve conflicts.
- Own top-tier supplier relationships; negotiate strategic agreements and performance improvement programs.
- Develop Category Managers/Senior CMs; enforce best practices and consistent sourcing methodology.
Requirements
- 12+ years in procurement/category leadership, preferably with marketing materials, packaging, print, displays, or premiums.
- Demonstrated leadership across complex stakeholder networks and supplier markets.
