  • Intern responsible for supporting purchasing processes and administrative tasks at Expert Ocupacional in São Paulo, focusing on organization and proactive participation.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new accredited providers, partners and service providers
  • Assisting with quotes, estimates and negotiations
  • Supporting the purchasing process and supplier onboarding/credentialing
  • Supporting the department's administrative routines

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program
  • Interest in administrative tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
