About the role

  • Responsible for the life cycle management of contracts at Cia. Tradicional de Comércio. Optimizing costs and ensuring legal compliance while collaborating with legal and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring efficient management of the company’s contract lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and adherence to internal policies.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle (drafting, review, negotiation, approval, execution, and termination/closure);
  • Review contractual clauses, identifying legal, financial, and operational risks;
  • Work collaboratively with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to align contractual terms;
  • Monitor contract timelines (term, adjustments, renewals, terminations) and ensure compliance with obligations;
  • Track and monitor contract performance indicators (SLAs, penalties, deliverables, compliance);
  • Support negotiations with suppliers, partners, and service providers;
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of contracts and related documents;
  • Implement improvements in processes, policies, and contract management controls;
  • Manage claims, contract amendments, and dispute resolution;
  • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, identifying needs, leading negotiations, and influencing decisions based on data, organizational context, and business impact;
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, audits, and applicable regulations;
  • Responsible for supporting and collaborating on initiatives related to the company's ESG goals, contributing to strengthening sustainability and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
  • Basic knowledge of 3S Checkout;
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, interpretation of financial data, forecasting and planning results, and calculating performance indicators;
  • Knowledge of sales KPIs and budgeting;
  • Experience in analysis and building calculations with DAX;
  • Ability to create financial reports and interactive dashboards;
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, data transformation, and data cleansing.
