About the role
- Kalkulator:in responsible for analyzing bids and contract calculations at Heinrich Hamelmann GmbH. Collaborating with clients, authorities, and subcontractors in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents.
- Prepare bid and contract cost estimates.
- Communicate with clients, authorities, expert assessors, subcontractors, planning participants and internal departments.
- Prepare tender documents for external trades and subcontractor services.
- Define market enquiries and implement award processes for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support the technical department in preparing alternative bids and special proposals.
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in estimation, VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and contract management.
- Confident use of estimating and billing/accounting software, ideally Pro-Bau/S®.
- Responsible, goal-oriented working style with strong decision-making ability and high motivation.
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with business partners.
