About the role
- Assistant Manager overseeing commercial success at Factory Outlet locations in Herzogenaurach. Driving sales optimization and enhancing store performance through analysis and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial success of key Factory Outlet locations by optimizing net sales, conversion rates (CR), and units per transaction (UPT)
- Identify and enhance opportunities within Factory Outlets via store performance analysis
- Maintain regular contact with District Managers and Store Managers in designated Clusters in executing the Service Level Agreement for all stores
- Conduct store level analysis to support the Cluster Manager
- Collaborate with Cluster on localisation projects and product requirements including the flow of product for Marketing and Promotional campaigns
Requirements
- University degree in Business or Finance, ideally with Marketing and Sales focus or equivalent professional experience
- Retail experience beneficial
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in respective job or job function retail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong skills in excel and adidas reporting tools
- Attention to detail and good research skills
- Fluent in English both verbally and written. Skills and abilities in another local language are a benefit
