About the role

Responsibilities

  • Interact with internal departments to manage the entire shareholder relations workflow
  • Define the timeline of operations with stakeholders
  • Ensure the operational processing of employee share plans and campaigns
  • Keep legal documentation up to date in coordination with other departments
  • Participate in supporting beneficiary employees
  • Process requests from HR contacts across different business units
  • Prepare tracking and follow-up reports
  • Ensure the smooth and successful completion of operations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
  • Significant experience in a corporate environment
  • Rigour, strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Comfortable communicating clearly in French and English
  • Proficient with office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Autonomous, organized and adaptable
