Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating commercial tasks related to offers in conjunction with application engineers and sales managers
Review and redline customer terms and conditions (T&Cs) and other commercial documents
Developing the commercial offer in accordance with the internal offer review process
Coordinating with the various actors the development of a risk assessment and mitigation strategy for the project
Collaborating with the sales manager, negotiating the offer with the customer, and identifying deviations from standard business terms and conditions
Ensuring the effective transfer of contracts to the project implementation team after the order has been booked
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or relevant experience
Min 10 years of experience of sales processes / contracts and negotiation of contractual and technical conditions
Proficient in operating in a matrix and transversal organization
Demonstrate leadership and have a track record of functional management
Have a good sense of communication and customer service
Rigorous, independent and have an ability to work in a multicultural environment
Excellent command of English, both verbally and written
