About the role

  • Branch Manager responsible for overseeing operations and staff training at Addus HomeCare. Focused on client growth and managing business development initiatives with necessary compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the daily operations and administrative functions
  • Including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office support staff
  • Participates in the branchs business development efforts
  • Develops and maintains relationships with state and county referral agencies
  • Oversees the recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office support staff
  • Prepares and presents weekly/monthly progress reports to Agency Director
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have three to five years of experience in health care- including at least four years of supervisory/management experience
  • Preferably will have experience in home health care and/or home and community-based services in a large, multi-site organization
  • Must have demonstrated ability to drive census/revenue growth and sales/develop business
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have P&L experience and the ability to develop and manage an agency budget
  • Must have strong communication, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and valid car insurance.
