About the role

  • Business Solutions Manager acting as Product Owner for Technical Services team at Acuity Inc. Collaborating with global teams and managing product backlogs to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global business and technical teams to understand challenges, operational needs, and strategic goals.
  • Serve as Product Owner for Technical Services platforms, owning backlog structure, clarity, and prioritization.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, the Business PMO, IT teams, and technical services leadership.
  • Help stakeholders prioritize needs based on value, feasibility, and impact.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and support User Acceptance Testing activities with the Business PMO.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in tech industries, particularly in SaaS, Software or Cloud companies.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business analysis or product management for enterprise platforms
  • Proven experience managing products or platforms, preferably in Salesforce or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
