Social Media Project Manager overseeing social media delivery for up to four accounts in a hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Collaborating with management and teams to maintain quality and respond to client needs.
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day delivery of social media activity across up to four accounts.
Work closely with the Marketing & Strategy Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Account Manager for each assigned account.
Oversee account administration, ensuring platform access, documentation, and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Complete reporting and publishing schedules, supporting the end-to-end workflow from briefing through to live posting.
Provide overall project management support across accounts, acting as the central point of coordination between the creative team and account management.
Maintain high standards of quality control across all content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Support community management activities, including FAQs, posting, and liaising closely with the Arabic copywriter to ensure culturally relevant and accurate content.
Respond promptly and professionally to urgent client requests, ensuring quick turnaround and clear communication across stakeholders.
Monitor social media and industry trends, proactively sharing relevant updates and insights with Account Managers and the design team on a regular basis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in social media project coordination, project management, or account management (agency experience preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, delivering work to deadline with strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, publishing workflows, and community management best practices.
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, including handling urgent client requests.
Bilingual Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
