About the role

  • Consultant for ERP system implementation at ACOM Sistemas in São Paulo, conducting requirement analysis and providing user training.

Responsibilities

  • Work on ERP system implementation projects;
  • Conduct requirements gathering, system parameterization, and configuration;
  • Conduct training sessions and support key users;
  • Document processes, create flowcharts, and develop implementation timelines;
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience with ERP system implementations;
  • Knowledge of Project Management (methodologies, scheduling, and tracking deliverables and deadlines);
  • Knowledge of business processes: finance, accounting, tax, procurement, sales, inventory, and production/manufacturing;
  • Analytical ability to understand processes and propose viable solutions;
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team, interacting with technical teams, key users, and managers.
