Senior Account Manager driving account growth and customer value for employee recognition software company Achievers. Partnering with Customer Success Managers on strategic account management and sales processes.
Responsibilities
Manage complex, concurrent sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and develop strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities
Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and manage key accounts with the Customer Success Manager
Identify and mitigate churn risk and partner with the CSM to support the customer
Create and present pricing presentations for renewals, upsells and cross sells
Manage deal negotiations with the customer and coordinate internal approvals
Requirements
Have 8+ years experience in business application sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment
Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, Salesforce, Chorus.ai and others
Are a hunter with a passion for finding new opportunities
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can partner with others in a selling environment
Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite and procurement
Can build long standing relationships across the business to nurture complex sales cycles
Are a self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing environment
Have a bachelor's degree
