About the role

  • Senior Account Manager driving account growth and customer value for employee recognition software company Achievers. Partnering with Customer Success Managers on strategic account management and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, concurrent sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and develop strategic account plans that map out expansion and other upsell opportunities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives
  • Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and manage key accounts with the Customer Success Manager
  • Identify and mitigate churn risk and partner with the CSM to support the customer
  • Create and present pricing presentations for renewals, upsells and cross sells
  • Manage deal negotiations with the customer and coordinate internal approvals

Requirements

  • Have 8+ years experience in business application sales, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
  • Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Discover Org, Outreach, Salesforce, Chorus.ai and others
  • Are a hunter with a passion for finding new opportunities
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can partner with others in a selling environment
  • Have demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite and procurement
  • Can build long standing relationships across the business to nurture complex sales cycles
  • Are a self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing environment
  • Have a bachelor's degree
