Responsibilities
- Create submissions for Annual and Semi-Annual Reports in the ComplianceAlpha Marketing Review system
- Perform website inspections in accordance with the firm’s policy
- Liaise with internal MR operations counterparts to assist with system administration
- Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure client deadlines are met
- Assist with various system related tasks, such as closing out stale files, running various volume reports, and uploading supporting documents to the system
- Track progress of assignments using project management software tools
- Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA’s various client and internal initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience
- 1-2 years’ previous work experience
- Financial services environment helpful
- Ability to understand rules and regulations after training
- Strong organizational skills, including the capacity to multi-task
- Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision, but also able work collaboratively as part of a team
