About the role
- Inland Operations Coordinator managing logistics operations for bulk liquid transportation. Coordinating imports/exports and ensuring effective communication within operational teams while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the inland element of exports/imports to ensure timely loading and delivery.
- Checking the processing of movements/shipments and tracking orders.
- Entering the required data on the reservation list. Providing timely information for transport coordinators.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication with EMEA Operations department.
- Coordinating the timely and accurate processing, issue, and distribution of transport documentation for outbound shipments.
- Control of shipments and ensure timely issue and payment of the carrier's waybills.
- Processing documentation in accordance with quality procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience working in a logistics/shipping company in a similar role is preferred, ideally working in an international environment.
- Excellent work quality and accuracy combined with a problem-solving attitude.
- Fluency in English. Speaking fluent French is also preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability of working in s team setting priorities and goals.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
