Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Support end-to-end onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling and training, and system access
Coordinate with Payroll on leave of absence, time off, or other timecard adjustments
Assist with recruiting efforts such conducting screenings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and job posting coordination
Manage tracking success of sales and operations new hires through their training periods, and other performance management lifecycles
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in the HRIS/ATS
Support exit interviews and offboarding tasks, including documentation and feedback tracking
Respond to basic employee HR inquiries and assist with administrative HR tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or related degree
3+ years of Human Resources, recruiting, or other relevant experience
Experience with recruiting is preferred
Familiarity with ADP and Lever is preferred, or other HRIS and ATS
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Comfort challenging the status quo and bringing ideas to leadership
Self-starter with a sense of ownership
